DISC Talent Profiling - Gold Coast & Australia-wide.
Hire the right person. Every time.
Before you make your next hire, understand exactly how your candidate thinks, communicates and works - with a science-backed DISC Talent Profile from CareerMe.
A bad hire is more expensive than you think.
Research consistently puts the cost of a poor hiring decision at anywhere from 50% to 200% of that person's annual salary - when you factor in recruitment costs, onboarding time, lost productivity and eventual turnover.
Most hiring decisions are made on CVs, interviews and gut feel. DISC Talent Profiling adds an objective, evidence-based layer to the process, giving you insight into how a candidate actually thinks and works, before they start.

What is DISC Talent Profiling?
DISC is a scientifically validated behavioural assessment that reveals how a person naturally communicates, handles conflict, approaches tasks and responds to pace and pressure. Combined with the Driving Forces assessment, which uncovers what motivates someone at a deeper level, it provides a powerful picture of a candidate's working style.
At CareerMe, Caitlin assesses your candidate's DISC and Driving Forces results against your role's requirements and prepares a written suitability report, giving you practical, objective insight to complement your interview process.
What the report covers
The candidate's DISC behavioural profile - how they naturally communicate and work
Their Driving Forces - what motivates them at a deeper level
How their profile maps to the requirements of your role and job description
Key strengths they bring to the position
Potential risks or considerations to explore in the interview
Recommended questions to ask based on their profile
